Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Sales Consultant to join the team. The primary focus of this role is to leverage the company's existing client database and generate property sales by building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively presenting our property offerings. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in contributing to the company's growth and success within the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the company's existing client database to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for tailored sales
  • Initiate and maintain proactive communication with clients to understand their property requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Provide personalized property recommendations based on client needs and market trends.
  • Handle negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements that meet both client expectations and company objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, addressing client inquiries and concerns to build trust and rapport.
  • Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape in Dubai.
  • Provide clients with accurate and relevant information about the local property market to assist in their decision-making process.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and other relevant activities to expand the company's client base and industry connections.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 2 years as a Property Sales Consultant or similar role within the real estate industry.
  • In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
  • Must Requirement – Valid RERA License
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs effectively.
  • High degree of self-motivation and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

  • real estate: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • RERA (Preferred)
