Band 3B in accordance with the Buloke Shire Council Enterprise Agreement
The position is responsible for the undertaking civil maintenance and construction on Council roads, and within townships across the Shire through:
- Undertaking programmed and preventative civil works for the delivery of safety improvements on Council’s Road network
- Ensuring Council’s Road network is maintained in accordance with the Road Management Plan 2021-25
- Ensuring a high level of presentation and public safety is achieved with the maintenance of Council’s civil infrastructure.
The position is responsible for the maintenance and effective risk management of roads, civil infrastructure, and various Council assets within townships across the Shire. The position undertakes programmed and preventative maintenance works for the delivery of improvements on Council’s Road network to ensure Councils Road network is maintained in accordance with the Road Management Plan 2021-25.
