Our client is a well-known supplement manufacturer. They are now looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Job Description:
- Acting as the first point of contact and dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Organizing events and conferences.
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Marketing Officer.
- Fair - good English language skills.
- Detail-oriented, punctilious, can meet deadlines.
- Good skills with MS Office applications like Word, Excel, and Powerpoint etc.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills and service-minded.
- High sense of responsibility.
