CLINICAL SPECIALIST
1:Provision of clinical customer support to orthodontists and general dentists in the areas of case evaluation, ClinCheck support and clinical troubleshooting.
2:Investigate clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints, and adverse events.
3:Work with relevant team members to ensure the timely resolution to all client issues; escalating appropriately where required.
4: Support the Customer Success Team to identify, contact, engage and enrol targeted participants and/or speakers, facilitators and presenters for marketing, public awareness and professional educational events, conferences, seminars, workshops, and research programs.
5:Provide administrative support and coordination of various aspects of such events to ensure smooth & successful delivery of these programmes.
6: Prepare, present and/or support the preparation and presentation of relevant clinical content or materials when required.
7:Propose ideas for team development and the Clinical Specialist role to promote innovation, improve service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
1: A relevant degree in any healthcare field
2: previous experience working as a clinical specialist
3: Good communication skill
