Job Scope:
Senior / Retail Associate/ Beauty Advisor - Provide friendly and efficient services to customers- Promote and sell products to customers with polite manner- Attending to customers’ needs and inquiries- Receiving and checking of inventory of goods and supplies- Handling of cash, POS system, and daily closing- Ad hoc duties assigned
Retail Supervisor- Guiding a team of dedicated staff to achieve the company’s daily and monthly objectives- Serve customers with great passion and good attitude in order to provide excellent services to customers- Able to confront and settle daily operational errors and discrepancies independently- Able to provide basic staff counselling and motivation when neccessary- Able to arrange staff effectively to complete daily operation routine- Ability to take responsibility when Superior is away
Store Manager- Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel- Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance- Preparing and controlling the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget- Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation- Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
