Tasks
As the first point of contact for our customers with application questions, you contribute directly to customer satisfaction and implement their individual requests and requirements in our software development. This way, you help us to constantly optimize our products. Working with our international team, you will be part of the success of our company from the very beginning!
Requirements
o (Technical) college certificate or mittlere Reife
o Interest in IT
o Very good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
o Pleasure in dealing with customers
o Team-oriented and responsible work
o Organizational and structured work style
o Knowledge of MS Office
