Job Responsibilities
- To maintain and update QMS and to coordinate the Internal Quality Audit and Customer’s Audit periodically to meet the requirement of QMS implementation
- To attend Customer Complaint and Quality Meeting for problem solving inclusive outstation tasks when required
- Promoting and executing the integrity of “Risk-Based Thinking” application for both of strategic direction and operational processes according to process Risk Analysis.
- To maintain and update QMS Documentation as and when changes are made.
- To coordinate the IQA and circulate relevant documents to department concerned.
- To coordinate the Management Review and compile the minutes meeting.
- To assist on audit check sheets.
- To perform 5S, Quality & Environmental Audit
- To analyze non-conformity with related department during Production and Quality meeting.
- To collaborate with respective department towards Corrective action thus compile
countermeasure for customer's approval. - To carry out others ad-hock duty assign by Superior.
