Job Responsibilities

  • To maintain and update QMS and to coordinate the Internal Quality Audit and Customer’s Audit periodically to meet the requirement of QMS implementation
  • To attend Customer Complaint and Quality Meeting for problem solving inclusive outstation tasks when required
  • Promoting and executing the integrity of “Risk-Based Thinking” application for both of strategic direction and operational processes according to process Risk Analysis.
  • To maintain and update QMS Documentation as and when changes are made.
  • To coordinate the IQA and circulate relevant documents to department concerned.
  • To coordinate the Management Review and compile the minutes meeting.
  • To assist on audit check sheets.
  • To perform 5S, Quality & Environmental Audit
  • To analyze non-conformity with related department during Production and Quality meeting.
  • To collaborate with respective department towards Corrective action thus compile
    countermeasure for customer's approval.
  • To carry out others ad-hock duty assign by Superior.
