About the Job
In this position, your main duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- Providing user support primarily for Client Hardware, Windows Operating System, Retail and Office environment to complete workflow tasks, incidents and request in a cost-efficient manner
- Striving for a high 1st level support solution rate to gain high level of user satisfaction
- Informing proactively IT users about the status of their request and if necessary cooperating with other teams involved according to the urgency of the request
- Capturing and updating requests in the corresponding ticketing system (standard change, incident or requests)
- Documenting problem solutions and continuous maintenance of internal knowledge database
About you
A motivated talent, who brings along the following background:
- Basic IT knowledge and first working experience
- Customer service and solution deliver orientation
- Friendly and professional communication towards customer
- Willingness to learn and develop within IT sector
- Fluency in English and German (at least B2 level)
