Duties and responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
- To make the visit to the warehouse with respect to quality, safety, and location accuracy, immediately report to the shift supervisor in case of any abnormality.
- Carrying out responsibilities for the use of automated and computerized systems ERP
- Sorting of damaged stocks as advised by the supervisor
- Take the lead of inbound/outbound activity
- Communication effectively with Shift Supervisor for any particular issue
- Ensure the physical transfer of stocks First Manufactured First out (FMFO) method.
- Ensure loading of stocks as per safety and quality standards
- Effectively communicate and report to the senior management team
- Any exception should immediately report to the shift supervisor
- Inside warehouse movement, daily physical stock check, Cycle count
- Ensure timely execution of dispatches to meet standard loading time
- Responsible for weekly or monthly stock take as per SOP
- Ensure 100% follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) toward the organization.
- Ensure the maximum utilization of MHE's & human resources to produce productivity.
- Attending Quality & safety training to meet the quality and safety standards.
- Ensure the Safety, Security, Quality & healthy environment at the workplace.
- Perform as a team leader in case of Emergency or abnormal situations.
- Any alternate Job can be assigned according to operational exigencies..
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Must be a Graduate
- Minimum 2 years of Experience
- Multinational Food Chain Industry Experience will be preferred.
