Job Description

Navigos Search's client, Japanese consulting company (have close relationships with government dept. , trade promotion organizations of Japan) to recruit a Research manager with details as below:
1. Main duties

• Management responsibility
• Hold meetings with clients and prepare proposals
• All the functions of a researcher – from taking briefs, execution and analysis of projects to presenting findings, both qualitative and quantitative research methodology. • Assisting in developing the qualitative/quantitative and statistical capabilities of our research teams, including providing guidance, training and development, conceptual and operational support.
• Monitor and control expenses within allotted budget
• Consult BOM on business development strategy
• Other tasks as assigned

2. Other information

• Location: Hai Ba Trung dist., Hanoi
• Working time: 8:00 – 17:00 Mon to Fri

Job Requirements

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Bachelor degree and above in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing or related field 
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience required 
• Strong oral and written communication skills 
• Superior people management and client focused. 
• Excellent organizational, planning, problem solving, quantitative, and project management skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and high technical aptitude, with the ability to learn new software programs
• Excellent English (from Ielts 6.5)
