As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth.

Position Overview:

As an IT Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, getting IT projects, and achieving sales targets.

This role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of IT solutions and services. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both Arabic and English, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and hold a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
  • Generate leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the proposed solutions align with client requirements.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
