We are currently seeking dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Telesales Personnel. As a Telesales Personnel, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and success by engaging with potential customers over the phone and promoting our products and services. Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and achieve sales targets.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active listening and excellent customer service.
  • Identify and qualify customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
  • Accurately record and update customer information, sales interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
