SALES MANAGER NBS

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand the company services and demonstrate to potential customers.
  • Develop a business plan, goals and sales strategy.
  • Plan, develop and execute the strategy to achieve the company sales target.
  • Take a lead role in the development of commercial proposal, quotation, BOQ and presentation to potential business commercial requirement to answer the business opportunities and partnerships with new or existing client.
  • Lead and drive the sales team to achieve month, quarter and annual sales targets.
  • Continuously monitor, track performance, report and evaluate progress of the sales team, sales plan strategy and meet regularly with management to discuss & review the sales progress.
  • Develop sales team member capability with training, advise, coaching and mentoring.
  • Explore new frontiers: Continuously to seek and identify new business opportunities outside of existing relationships by recognizing gaps and opportunities in the market which can be new additional values or potential opportunities.
  • Actively communicate and keep in touch with the decion makes to identify new potential business opportunities, screen and select the potential opportunities to be followed up, and lead the execution process.
  • Active in professional business communities to do the networking, attending events, delivering presentation to maintain the relationship with current and potential clients and partners.
  • Assist in commercial cost structuring by delivering comprehensive business value analysis and able to do commercial negotiations.
  • Work closely with the developer team, system analyst, business analyst, design, and C Level to support or advise client needs and deliver solutions to clients.
  • Work closely with admin, finance, operation, and legal to ensure the smooth process of contracts, agreements, payment of work, and other required administrative documents.
  • Observe the opportunities in enterprise procurement and government e-procurement.
  • Own the responsibility and actively practice the company culture in daily working activities consistently with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Maximum 45 Years Old
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
  • At least has 3 Year(s) of working experience in the professional sales, preferably in an digital agency, software house, or IT consultant
  • Having a working experience with sales techniques and successful case in selling mobile application development, custom application development, digital integration, and solutions to enterprise companies
  • Having successful track record in from entire sales process from leads to planning, canvassing, engaging, pitching negotiation, and closing
  • Strong knowledge in digital marketing and technology industry and its market in Startup, Government, Private and Enterprise company
  • Have a passion, demand for success and hardwork to achieve sales targets
  • Able to work with target oriented and under pressure
  • Having a capability and experience manage team
  • Having a good communication in verbal and writting skill
  • Having a good presentation skill
  • Having a good looking and neat and professional appearance
  • Understand and able to operate tools like PowerPoint, MS Office, and Excel
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp10,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month

  • Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • S1 (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
