Job Title : Assessment Solution Sales - Mercer Mettl

We are looking for a partner who can demonstrate a proven record of accomplishment in achieving sales targets and account retention in a consultative sales environment, ideally with experience in HR technology solution selling

We will count on you to:

  • Business development in assigned territory within targeted list of accounts. Creating an active pipeline of prospects and continued development of existing clients.

  • Manage Key Customer Accounts, with familiarity in CRM practices to build productive business professional relationships along with openness to feedback.

  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, Analyze the territory market’s potential, track sales and status reports.

What you need to have:

  • 4 years college degree from an accredited institution

  • minimum 6 years of sales experience in a business-to-business in the large/strategic customer segment

  • Strong analytical skills/problem solving skills

  • Excellent written/ verbal communication skills in Korean and English.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders internally and externally

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Able to work in fast changing environment.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
