Your work as a Warehouse Employee consists of various steps in the provisioning process for telematics units, such as installing software, adding components, configuring and checking the end products before they are shipped to the customer. Quality will always be your priority. You are responsible for checking the correct functioning of returned goods, making returned goods ready for use and maintaining the active stock.
A small part of the work is administrative, using Excel, Outlook for order and serial number registration, and product-oriented applications to check the telematics equipment.

You work with a team of 3 colleagues. You are in daily contact with various colleagues in the organization, for example to discuss information regarding progress and escalation.
How does a day at work would look like?
- You start your day early (07:00 – 08:00) with a cup of coffee/tea;
- You go through the priorities of the day and see if there are any changes;
- You then get started with the necessary work based on the production orders;
- At 09:30 there is a short team meeting for the day in which the daily activities, changes and priorities are discussed.
- Later in the day, the incoming booked return goods are picked up and the correct operation of the device is checked.
- Broken units are reported to the supplier and sent for repair and repaired units are returned to the warehouse
- Your help in preparing orders is regularly required when a large order comes in
- You also help to keep the warehouse clean and tidy.
Education and experience
You are the Warehouse Employee one we are looking for if you have:
- Experience in technology, preferably as a technical warehouse/assembly employee
- Living in the Eindhoven region.
- Good command of the English language in word and writing;
- Understanding of basic electronics is preferred;
- Basic knowledge of Excel is a plus.
