Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing documents.
- Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with proofreading and transcribing documents as needed.
- Utilize Google Suite or similar software to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a Construction based company preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate filing and record keeping.
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
