As a Conversational Writer at iO, you will create compelling, accurate and engaging conversations for a variety of use cases.

- You will work 1 or 2 days a week from our client's office in Brussels
- You will write conversation scripts that are both informative and engaging
- You will work closely with the other copywriters and UX designers
- You will work in an agile environment
- You will have to coordinate the actions of the various stakeholders to anticipate potential bottlenecks and prevent a missing element from blocking the rest of the process
Your team
You will work in the client's team and also often at their offices. This way, you can best share your expertise with them and are present wherever it is needed. In addition, you are fully part of iO and are supported by the full team who will guide and help you whenever you would have questions and you will also get all the accompanying benefits.In addition, knowledge is the basis of everything you do at iO. Wat je meebrengt als Conversational Writer
- You have 3 - 5 years of experience writing for conversations and chatbots
- Native FR or EN, with good knowledge of the other language (+ NL) to be able to proofread in the other language
- Technical experience with chatbot design tools or a fundamentally good technical base for understanding similar technologies.
- You have a keen eye for detail and consistency, and the ability to write with accuracy and creativity
- You have experience with virtual collaboration/whiteboarding tools (miro, Figjam) to draw flows
- You have an eye for user experience, and are able to think outside-in
- You are well organized can manage different versions of feedback in 3 languages
- Experience with MS Power Virtual agents is a plus
