Your tasks as a Connectivity Support Engineer

As a Connectivity Support Engineer at Telenet Business, you are the technical point of contact for our customers. They can come to you when it comes to complex incidents on their Data, Internet or mobile and fixed telephony infrastructure. What that means?

  • You take on the challenge of servicing our Connectivity solutions in a qualitative and results-oriented way according to the agreements made with the customer.
  • You give the necessary technical support to our existing customers and as an expert you are ready to assist our 1st line, field engineers, partners and shops from our office in Mechelen.
  • As a technical ambassador you have a major impact on our customer satisfaction through a fast approach, carefully executed projects and technical know-how.
  • You will plan and coordinate planned adjustments to the networks involved and support the technician on site by phone.
  • You will use your expertise to do impact analysis and follow-up on incidents involving multiple customers.
  • As a knowledge expert, you will also participate in creating technical training courses for new products and tools.

  • You have a good knowledge of following technologies:
    • Networking (LAN, WAN, WLAN).
