Engineering and Plant Services Wiri are looking for a Heavy Automotive Fitter (Fitter/Welder) to join their very busy team of skilled technicians.
About the role
You will be assembling, fitting, servicing, and maintaining prefabricated components in our own workshop. Please note this role is 70% fitting/30% welding.
To be successful you will:
- Have solid fitting experience, preferably in the heavy automotive equipment industry.
- Possess a minimum Trade or National Certificate in Welding, Engineering or similar.
- MIG welding a must.
- Be able to read design drawings.
- Demonstrate outstanding organisational skills and an ability to plan forward.
- Have attention to detail.
- Value a safety first and team culture.
