We are currently looking for a Field Manager, based in Stockholm area.
As a Field Manager at ECCO you are responsible for coordinating and executing the company’s support to Stores (O&O and partner stores) and Shop in Shops on door level within the Nordic Market. The Field Manager is responsible for securing an aligned and optimized approach for the execution across the market. You will lead by example in all aspects of the role and promote ECCO brand values. You will be an ECCO Brand Ambassador and follow the Code of Sales.

We ask that you:
· Have experience of working as a Store Manager for a minimum of 5 years within a retail chain.
· Have a very good flair for coaching and team building.
· Are comfortable using a computer (Microsoft and other systems).
· Are flexible to work a varied schedule based on the needs of the business.
· Are able to travel within Scandinavia.
· Are fluent in communicating in Swedish and English.
