Job Description

· Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy.

· Training staff to follow restaurant procedures.

· Maintaining safety and food quality standards

· Keeping customers happy and handling complaints

· Organizing schedules

· Keeping track of employees’ hours

· Oversee daily production and staffing, report to the Top Management.

· Assist on monthly stock count and report to the Top Management.

· Overseeing daily cash flow as per SOP and report to the Top Management.

· Demonstrates and help maintain high levels of services.

Job Requirements

· Minimum of 3 years for Supervisor / 5 years for manager working experience in either fast food chain, restaurant or a catering company.

· Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.

· Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Verbal and Written)

· Possess exceptional PR skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Experience:

  • supervisory (Required)
  • F&B or Restaurant Management (Required)
