Operation Coordinator Cleaning (Maids) services [United Arab Emirates]


 

We are currently seeking Female experienced and energetic Operations Coordinator/Customer Support to join our growing operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs operational procedure in a timely and efficient manner ensuring high levels of customer service/satisfaction.
  • Control booking schedule and trying to utilize the manpower in the most efficient way.
  • Advise of possible adjustments to the operation's daily activities.
  • Control the on-ground services in relation to vehicles and cleaners and provide best practical advices.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure that the operation runs smoothly.
  • Assist clients with their enquiries and resolve their complaints.
  • Reports any information that might impact company image and brand or functioning. Skills Required:
  • Excellent supervisory skills.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong- decision making abilities.
  • Commitment to succeed.
  • Good working knowledge of operational procedures and policies.
  • Experience in implementing operational processes.
  • IT background preferred
