Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate Sales Leads.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Have a deep understanding of the sales process & working knowledge of using a CRM.
- Listen all quarries of customer regarding our product and answer them briefly.
- To understand customer requirements, and guide accordingly.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Be fluent in English or other languages.
- Team Player
Education:
- Minimum Education Bachelors in (Marketing or Mass-communication).
