Job Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Maintenance of processes and documentation in accordance with the requirements of the standards applicable to the enterprise
- Regular analyzes and reporting on the implemented activities.
- Technical-technological and operational documentation for facility maintenance and supply systems
- Planning, analysis of needs and ordering of tools, spare parts and consumables
- Maintenance of the facility and the entire accompanying equipment (Air conditioning and ventilation, Fire protection system, Electrical installations, Gas installations, Water supply network)
- Organization of an external company for cleaning in the facility
Job Requirements:
- Technical university Degree (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- Foreign Languages: English (working proficiency), German (working proficiency)
- Advanced computer skills ( MS Excel, MS Project, Power Point, AutoCAD)
- Previous experience in automotive industry
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible in a constantly changing environment.
